October 15-17, 2020 at the Embassy Suites, 100 Conference Center Drive in East Peoria, Illinois. 

Registration Costs

Synod registration this year is $195 per person.
The registration fee covers the costs of Synod, lunches, dinners, and snacks but does not cover breakfast, which is included in your room price at the Embassy Suites, or alcoholic beverages at dinners (a cash bar will be available). If you have a spouse or friend who would just like to join us for dinner Thursday night or the Synod Banquet on Friday night, the cost is $55 per guest per dinner.

Schedule

Synod sign-in opens Thursday, October 15, at 2:00 p.m., hotel check-in will be available as of 3:00 p.m., and you should plan to be in the meeting rooms by 4:00 p.m. for the start of Synod.
After the 5:30 p.m. Evening Prayer, there will be time for fellowship. The cash bar will open at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Synod will conclude at approximately 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 17th. All events related to Synod will be held at the Embassy Suites. Please continue to watch the website for updates. Shortly after you register, you’ll be given access to Synod Journal documents as they become available.
